Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on technical support or field service experience.
• Diploma or BE/BS/B-Tech in engineering, computer science or related technical field.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical and software components.
• Self-motivated, dependable under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot hardware, electrical circuits, and software issues.
• Attend on-site visits, diagnose problems, and log faults accurately.
• Take ownership of support requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Provide timely updates on service status and maintain clear communication.
