Job summary

TouchPoint Private Limited in Pakistan seeks a Customer Support Engineer to deliver hands-on technical support and service maintenance for self-service banking solutions deployed across the country.

You will diagnose hardware, electrical, and software issues, log faults, keep customers updated, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems while remaining resilient under pressure and flexible to extended hours.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in technical support or field services.
• Diploma or BE/BS/B-Tech in engineering, CS, or related technical field.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and software components.
• Self-motivated and dependable under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot hardware, electrical circuits, and software issues for self-service banking solutions.
• Attend customer site visits, diagnose problems, and log faults accurately.
• Take ownership of support requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with internal support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Provide timely updates on service status and maintain clear communication with customers.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and reliability in tasks and commitments.
• Work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Be flexible to work extended hours, weekends or holidays as required by service needs.
