Qualifications

• 3–5 years in technical support or field services.
• Diploma or BE/BS/B-Tech in engineering or CS.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and software components.
• Self-motivated, dependable under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot hardware, electrical circuits, and software issues.
• Attend customer site visits, diagnose problems, and log faults.
• Take ownership of support requests and ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Provide timely updates on service status and maintain clear communication.
• Demonstrate a proactive, positive attitude and work with minimal supervision.
• Be flexible to work extended hours, weekends or holidays as required.
