Job summary

TouchPoint Private Limited is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to deliver hands-on technical support and maintenance for self-service banking solutions deployed across Pakistan. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair to ensure uptime and customer satisfaction, logging faults and providing on-site service as needed.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in technical support or field services, a Diploma or BE/BTech in engineering/CS, and a strong grasp of electrical, mechanical, and software

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in technical support or field services.

• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and software components.
• Willingness to work extended hours including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, electrical circuits, and software issues for self-service banking solutions.
• Attend customer site visits, diagnose problems, log faults, and resolve issues.
• Take ownership of support requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with internal support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Provide timely updates on service status and maintain clear communication.
