Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot hardware, electrical, and software issues for self-service banking solutions.
• Attend customer site visits, diagnose problems, and log faults with resolutions.
• Own support requests and ensure prompt, effective resolutions.
• Escalate and resolve complex issues with internal teams.
• Provide timely service updates and maintain clear customer communication.
• Demonstrate reliability and a proactive attitude toward tasks.
• Work independently or in a team with minimal supervision.
• Be flexible to extended hours, weekends, or holidays as required.
