The role involves handling procurement and serving as the liaison for C-level executives to address facilities needs efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a background in administration leadership, strong negotiation and communication skills, and solid organizational abilities to maintain a productive workplace

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as administration Lead.
• Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily administrative operations of the facilities management team.
• Ensure the effective use of building management system software.
