Job summary

PTCL seeks a seasoned project professional to lead strategic ICT initiatives across the organization. You will plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects within approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's in engineering or IT, 7–10 years of experience in telecom or ICT projects, and strong skills in budgeting, vendor management, and change control. A hybrid work model supports balanced delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7–10 years of professional experience.
• Experience in telecommunications, ICT, digital transformation, infrastructure, or enterprise technology projects is preferred.
• Telecom & ICT knowledge.

• Performance reporting and governance understanding.

Be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering strategic projects within the approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. The role ensures effective stakeholder management, risk mitigation, governance compliance, and alignment with PTCL Group`s business objectives.

• Project Planning: Initiate projects with approved scope, budget, and timelines; ensure timely completion of project planning activities.
• Project Execution & Delivery: Deliver projects within approved timelines, budget, and scope while effectively monitoring project progress.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective stakeholder communication, address concerns, and ensure positive customer and stakeholder feedback.
• Budget & Cost Control: Ensure efficient budget utilization and monitor planned versus actual project costs to manage variances.
• Vendor & Contract Management: Monitor vendor performance, SLA compliance, contract adherence, and timely procurement and deliveries.
• Change & Quality Management: Evaluate and manage change requests while maintaining quality and minimizing impact on project scope, cost, and timelines.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

• Bachelor`s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in telecommunications, ICT, digital transformation, infrastructure, network deployment, or enterprise technology projects is preferred
