Job summary

Burger Boss is seeking an Executive HR & Finance to support day-to-day HR, payroll, finance, accounting, taxation, and administrative operations in Karachi.

The role involves ensuring timely processing and accurate records, assisting payroll and HR activities, and helping with compliance under company policies and statutory requirements.

Strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Excel are essential, as is the ability to collaborate with HR and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of payroll processing and tax basics.
• Maintain HR and payroll records accurately.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting transactions.
• Experience with Accounts Payable/Receivable is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll including salaries, attendance, overtime, and deductions.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and HR documentation.
• Address employee queries on salaries, deductions, attendance and policies.
• Assist onboarding, transfers, promotions, exits, and payroll data.
• Maintain loans, advances, and salary deductions records.
• Prepare payroll reports for management.
• Handle day-to-day accounting and finance transactions.
• Assist AP/AR records and prepare vouchers and journal entries.
