Job summary

BrainsLogic in Lahore is seeking an HR & Finance Executive with 2+ years of experience to manage HR operations, payroll, onboarding and records. You will work closely with management and staff to ensure accurate, compliant processes in a fast-paced software environment.

The role requires strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to coordinate interviews and produce monthly HR and finance reports.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR & Finance operations.
• Strong HR operations and finance processes knowledge.
• Hands-on payroll administration experience.
• Experience managing employee records, attendance, leaves, and documentation.
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Experience in a software/IT company is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee records and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain payroll and salary-related records.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes and coordinate interviews and recruitment activities.
• Maintain employee contracts and personnel files.
• Prepare monthly HR and finance reports.
• Handle monthly expense reconciliation.
• Manage expense records, invoices, and financial documentation.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are properly implemented.
• Support internal audits and financial record-keeping when required.
• Handle other HR, finance, and administrative responsibilities as assigned.
