Meds Nexus Pvt. Ltd. in Pakistan seeks a driven Business Development Executive to lead direct B2B sales of our ERP software. You will visit client premises, qualify leads, present solutions, and negotiate contracts to meet monthly targets.

You should excel at communicating in English, manage objections, and build long-term relationships with business owners and directors. A valid conveyance for daily visits is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on B2B direct sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication with strong presentation and pitching skills.
• Willingness and energy for daily field movement, door-to-door visits, and face-to-face networking.
• Ability to quickly master our ERP features and explain technical concepts to non-technical buyers.
• Proven ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close high-value B2B deals.
• Personal conveyance (motorcycle/car) is required for daily client visits.

Responsabilités

• Conduct daily on-field visits to engage business owners and directors.
• Identify and qualify high-potential leads through direct outreach and networking.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to showcase ERP ROI.
• Map client processes and software requirements during discovery.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to meet targets.
• Gather competitive feedback and report to product/tech teams.
• Maintain relationships for referrals, renewals and expansions.
• Track activities and opportunities in the CRM and report status to management.
• Coordinate with implementation/tech support for smooth onboarding.
