ERManager Consulting Services seeks a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive ERP and IT solutions sales in Pakistan. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, building client relationships, and closing high-value deals.

You will coordinate with delivery teams, monitor market trends, and maintain CRM-driven pipeline visibility to leadership. A proven track record and a Bachelor’s degree are required.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business development or sales.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Prepare and present business proposals and pricing to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to onboard clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity for growth opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and updated CRM records.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
