Job summary

Codeable is a software services agency building production-grade software for businesses around the globe. We are looking for a Human Resource Associate to join our team in Lahore.

This is an entry-level role (0-6 months experience) that splits its time between high-volume recruitment coordination and the core people operations that keep our 20-person agency running smoothly. You will recruit and screen candidates, own onboarding and documentation, maintain HR records and payroll inputs, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 0–6 months in HR, Recruitment, or People Operations; startup/technical hiring experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication is essential.
• Ability to work independently and own workflows end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Screening: coordinate hiring, screen candidates, schedule interviews.
• Onboarding & Documentation: manage onboarding journey and contracts.
• People Operations: maintain HR records, leave data, payroll inputs.
• Support & Policy: assist with performance reviews and policy implementation.
