Job summary

Codeable is a software services agency building production-grade software for businesses around the globe. We are looking for a Human Resource Associate to join our team in Lahore.

This is an entry-level role (0-6 months experience) that splits its time between high-volume recruitment coordination and the core people operations that keep our 20-person agency running smoothly. You will recruit and screen candidates, own onboarding and documentation, maintain HR records and payroll inputs, and

• Strong written and verbal English communication is essential.
• Ability to work independently and own workflows end-to-end.

We are looking for a Human Resource Associate to join our team in Lahore. This is an entry-level role (0-6 months experience) that splits its time between high-volume recruitment coordination and the core people operations that keep our 20-person agency running smoothly.

What you'll do

• Recruitment & Screening: Coordinate the hiring pipeline, screen candidates, and manage all interview scheduling. You'll be the first point of contact for our talent pool.
• Onboarding & Documentation: Own the employee onboarding journey and ensure all documentation and contracts are accurately maintained.
• People Operations: Maintain HR records, leave data, and prepare payroll inputs.
• Support & Policy: Assist with performance reviews, HR policy implementation, and offboarding processes.

What we're looking for

• Fundamentals: A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience: 0–6 months in HR, Recruitment, or People Operations. Exposure to technical hiring or a startup environment is a major plus.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills are non-negotiable; you'll be communicating with candidates and internal teams daily.
• Ownership: The ability to work without being spoon-fed tasks. You'll own your workflows end-to-end.

• Location: On-site at our Lahore office (DHA Phase 8).
• Hours: Monday to Friday, with a flexible start between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM (9-hour workday).
