Mashreq Careers is seeking a Virtual Relationship Manager to act as the digital bridge between the bank and SME clients. You will drive proactive client engagement, oversee onboarding and post-onboarding support, and tailor financial solutions to clients.

You will own performance, client satisfaction, and revenue growth while ensuring compliance and fostering a customer‑centric, tech‑driven digital banking experience.

Qualifications

• Strong sales knowledge and market awareness within financial services.
• Excellent interpersonal and cultural sensitivity in client interactions.
• Analytical and numeric capabilities for client proposals and scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Lead Management & Drop-off Handling (New Acquisition).
• Managing NSTP Scenarios.
• Assisted client onboarding and post-onboarding support.
• Client servicing and complaints handling.
• Cross-sell within 3 MOB.
