Job summary

Transsion is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to expand digital wallet and payment partnerships in Pakistan. You will identify banks, fintechs, and payment institutions, engage them, and drive onboarding with cross-functional teams to launch collaborative products.

The role requires 3+ years in banking/fintech, strong negotiation and relationship skills, and fluency in English and Urdu. Based in Lahore or willing to work there.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in banking, fintech, payment institutions or related financial services.
• Proven ability in B2B sales, business development or key account management.
• Existing network within Pakistan's banking/fintech payments scene is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English and Urdu.

Responsibilities

• Support business development and partnership expansion for digital wallet/payments in Pakistan.
• Identify and engage potential partners, including banks and fintechs.
• Manage onboarding and coordinate internal resources to move partnerships to launch.
• Maintain relationships with existing partners and explore commercial opportunities.
