Qualifications

• Master's degree in Educational Technology or related field.
• 5-10 years in digital learning, instructional design, or education technology.
• Experience leading digital transformation in learning and development.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with LMS platforms and authoring tools.
• Data-driven decision-making experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Innovation: Develop and implement the organization's digital learning strategy and adopt innovative learning technologies.
• Digital Learning Development: Design and create engaging e-learning content with internal SMEs to convert traditional training to digital formats.
• Technology & Platform Management: Manage digital learning platforms and tools for seamless delivery and reporting.
• Training & Support: Design and run training programs for internal teams on digital learning tools; support content creation.
• Assessment & Improvement: Define KPIs for programs and analyze learner engagement to optimize content.
