Translation Empire PK is hiring a Training & Development Officer to support learning culture across our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for helping plan, implement, and evaluate training programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform at their best.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in training or development.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and LMS or e-learning platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of training programs and learning initiatives.
• Identify employee learning needs in collaboration with HR and departmental leads.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
• Track, record, and maintain training participation and completion data using LMS tools.
• Assist in developing training content, manuals, and digital learning materials.
• Gather and analyze post-training feedback to assess learning impact and areas for improvement.
• Ensure the timely coordination and smooth delivery of training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Stay up to date with learning trends and suggest innovative approaches to improve employee development.
