Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in Customer Development in FMCG.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end P&L for B2C channel including sales targets, TTS, BMI, GM, PBO.
• Design and implement brand-wise and e-tailer strategies to deliver growth and optimize assortment.
• Build and maintain relationships with etailers and negotiate JBPs.
• Collaborate with Brand, Customer Marketing, and Finance to craft monthly business plans.
• Coordinate with data analytics to identify trends across digital media and e-tailers.
• Oversee day-to-day operations with e-commerce aggregators and distributors including supply chain alignment.
• Work with internal teams to ensure cohesive execution and timely issue resolution.
• Develop monthly promotional and discount plans and ensure SPI is intact for the brand.
• Provide platform insights and shopper trends for category planning.
