Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and FMCG sales experience preferred.

• Proficient in MS Office and Power BI; able to analyze market data.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer and trade management for the designated account.
• Drive sales growth and achieve KPIs with effective distribution.
• Coordinate with distributors and customers on plans and executions.
• Negotiate Joint Business planning with customers.
• Monitor profitability and gross margins; manage budgets.
• Lead a team of field managers and develop talent.
• Ensure positive KPIs and post-execution analysis.
