• Coordinate with backend operations for pickups/deliveries and reattempts; ensure smooth flow.
• Monitor and manage performance of business and clients.
• Prepare presentations and performance decks for client visits on a daily/weekly/monthly cadence.
• Arrange client visits and MOUs where possible.
