Job summary

Premier Housewares is seeking a dynamic E-Commerce Growth Lead/Manager to drive our online growth from Lahore. You will translate weekly priorities into actionable tasks and own key trackers to ensure a smooth end-to-end e-commerce lifecycle.

The role requires 4-5 years in e-commerce, hands-on Shopify experience, strong analytical and coordination skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, CRM, and web teams. UK market experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in E-commerce or Digital Commerce.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and e-commerce analytics.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Experience with the UK market will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Translate weekly growth priorities into execution tasks for each department resource.
• Own the e-commerce performance tracker, weekly action tracker, blockers list, and decision log.
• Coordinate between operations, marketing, creative, CRM, website, SEO, and management.
• Ensure product, campaign, website, stock, pricing, and reporting inputs are aligned before campaigns go live.
• Review daily Shopify sales, orders, conversion, AOV, returning customer rate, and revenue by channel.
• Escalate access issues, approval delays, stock problems, website bugs, tracking gaps, and resource performance issues.
• Prepare the weekly management update with key wins, losses, blockers, next actions, and required decisions.
• Ensure all team members submit their reports on the agreed frequency and format.
• Maintain accountability for the complete e-commerce lifecycle from traffic to conversion, order coordination, retention, and reporting.
