Indus Hospital is seeking a Deputy Manager, Human Resources to lead HR strategy, policy, and program implementation at the campus level. The role oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, L&D, and compensation, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with institutional goals.

The position requires a Master’s degree in HRM or related field and 6–8+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s with 8+ years.
