Indus Hospital invites applications for the Assistant Head Nurse (AHN). The AHN plans resources, manages nursing activities and ensures quality of patient care in line with IHHN policies and infection control standards.
You will assist Head Nurse/Deputy Manager in staffing, operations and safety, and participate in PHC audits and clinical rounds to support continuous quality improvement. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience and a BScN/Post RN are required.

Assists Head Nurse/Deputy Manager /Manager in managing assigned areas, ensuring quality of patients' care, operational & human resource management within the context of professional nursing standard practices including infection control & patient safety as an approach to continual quality improvement. Take active part in preparation of PHC audits, High profile rounds and accompany them during clinical rounds.
