Job summary

Indus Hospital invites applications for the Assistant Head Nurse (AHN). The AHN plans resources, manages nursing activities and ensures quality of patient care in line with IHHN policies and infection control standards.

You will assist Head Nurse/Deputy Manager in staffing, operations and safety, and participate in PHC audits and clinical rounds to support continuous quality improvement. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience and a BScN/Post RN are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant nursing experience.
• BScN or Post RN degree.
• Experience in resource planning and infection control is desired.

Responsibilities

• Plan resources (workforce and material) and manage nursing care activities.
• Support Head Nurse/Deputy Manager in staffing, operations and patient safety.
• Participate in PHC audits and clinical rounds to promote quality improvement.

Take active part in preparation of PHC audits, High profile rounds and accompany them during clinical rounds.
