Job summary

Burhanihospital invites an experienced HR leader to join our Karachi team. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in HR, including 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in healthcare, and a track record in recruitment, employee relations, and payroll.

You will steward performance management, labor law compliance, HR policies, and training and development, while guiding cross-functional collaboration and leveraging MS Office and HRIS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.
