Job summary

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd in Kohat is hiring a Relationship Officer Deposit to grow our retail deposit portfolio and cross-sell products. You will acquire new clients, nurture relationships, and ensure CASA and term deposits targets are met in a compliant manner.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and a basic understanding of deposit products; prior sales or banking exposure is preferred. You will work within a branch team, deliver excellent service, and support overall bank objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/commerce/economics or equivalent.
• Knowledge of CASA and deposit products.
• 1+ year of relevant sales/retail banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute customer acquisition to build liability growth and cross-sell targets.
• Develop a CASA/TD portfolio within the agreed timeframe.
• Achieve portfolio targets across CASA/SA/TD on various horizons.
• Onboard freelancers/brand ambassadors to form a deposit mobilization team.
• Maintain relationships with key clients and address their needs.
