Mous Products Ltd. in Lahore (Pakistan) is hiring a Demand Planning Lead to own the device accessories category plan end-to-end, including demand, supply and inventory health across SKUs and channels.

The role reports to S&O Manager in China, with one direct report in PK, and sits in a cross-functional team with Commercial, Logistics, Production and more. The position is on-site in Lahore (Upper Mall) with Mon-Thu office days and Fri as optional WFH; hours are 10am–7pm PKT, offering a hybrid,

Qualifications

• 5–8 years' experience in demand planning, category planning or S&OP for a fast-moving, high-SKU category.
• New product launch forecasting tied to external launch dates, building scenarios and IOQs.
• Advanced Excel capability handling large datasets and multiple warehouses/channels.
• Ability to quantify trade-offs between availability and E&O to senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own NPD demand planning for device launch calendar — initial forecast, assumptions, IOQ and scenario-based cash exposure.
• Own initial launch allocation, then weekly allocation top-ups and Amazon restocks as launch curve develops.
• Track launch performance by range, colour and channel, and turn it into reorder or no-reorder decisions.
• Own monthly forecast updates for existing SKUs and quarterly corrections.
• Own re-ordering for existing SKUs with supplier MOQs in mind.
• Own inventory health — weekly overstock checks and pricing reviews to clear excess stock.
• Own stock movements — weekly allocations, hub-to-warehouse and Amazon transfers.
• Coordinate retail planning for the category — NPD forecasts, IOQs, allocations and re-orders.
• Own category KPIs — Availability, Forecast Accuracy and O&E, and monthly S&OP cycle.
• Drive SKU portfolio productivity by simplifying ranges and reducing low-MOQ complexity.
• Coordinate across Commercial, Marketplaces, Pricing, Product, Retail, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Data and SLT.
• Line manage, coach and develop one Demand Planner.
