Job summary

Mous Products Ltd. is seeking a Category Planning Lead to run the monthly S&OP cycle for Travel, owning forecast, IOQ, and stock allocation across UK, Pakistan and China.

You will report to the S&OP Manager and work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Data and Logistics to shape the planning method and KPIs. The role is based in Lahore, with on‑site work Monday–Thursday and optional Friday WFH; you’ll lead a cross‑functional team and drive inventory health, availability and cash exposure

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in demand planning, category planning or S&OP with ownership of a monthly cycle end to end.
• Advanced Excel capabilities for handling large datasets and models; ability to defend KPI logic in dashboards.
• Hands‑on Power BI capability to build and defend KPI dashboards; understand MOQs, lead times and capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly S&OP cycle for Travel from performance review to executive sign‑off.
• Maintain the demand forecast with the Demand Planner; update each cycle.
• Align forecast with Commercial to reflect pricing and campaigns in the plan.
• Own inventory health and IOQ for new products; monitor post‑launch performance.
• Maintain KPI dashboard for Availability, Forecast Accuracy and E&O with the team.
• Coordinate weekly stock allocations, inter‑warehouse transfers and 3PL forecast.
