Job summary

Mous Products Ltd. is seeking a Demand Planning Lead to own end-to-end demand, supply and inventory for the Device Accessories category.

You will forecast launches, manage allocations across D2C, Amazon, retail and Google, and drive stock health with cross-functional teams in the UK, Pakistan and China. You’ll report to the S&O Manager in China, line-manage one Demand Planner in PK, and sit with the Category Planning Lead for Travel; role is based in Lahore, on-site Mon-Thu with optional Friday

Qualifications

• 5–8 years’ experience in demand planning or S&OP for fast-moving, high-SKU categories.
• New product launch forecasting with no prior sales history (downside/mid/upside).
• Advanced Excel; handle large datasets across multiple warehouses and channels.
• Quantify trade-off between availability and E&O in units, cash, and margin.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own NPD demand planning for device launches (iPhone, Pixel, Samsung) end to end.
• Own initial launch allocation and weekly replenishment across channels.
• Track performance by range, colour and channel to guide re-order decisions.
• Maintain monthly forecasts, quarterly corrections, and accessory/charger forecasts.
• Coach and develop one Demand Planner; collaborate across UK, Pakistan and China.
