Mous Products Ltd. in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a logistics professional to manage day-to-day B2C fulfillment, Amazon transfers, and B2B shipments. You will own end-to-end processes, from bookings to delivery, coordinating with 3PLs and internal teams.

The role offers hybrid work with four days in the Lahore office (Upper Mall) and a Friday optional WFH day, with 10am–7pm PKT hours. Opportunity to grow into broader operations as the business scales.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Strong Excel skills including XLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Tables.
• Data entry and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Raise, track and manage Amazon transfers and B2B shipments end to end.
• Prepare and maintain shipment documentation.
• Produce daily 3PL performance reports and flag exceptions.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues including customer shipping queries.
• Support month-end stock movements and system adjustments.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders on shipment status and 3PL performance.
