Job summary

foodpanda is seeking a Supply Planner in Lahore to create replenishment plans, adjust demand forecasts, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability. You will produce weekly and monthly planning files and KPI reports to optimize stock in the distribution network.

The candidate should have 1–3 years in demand or supply planning, strong Excel and SQL skills, and an analytical, detail-oriented approach. FMCG/e-commerce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years work experience in demand or supply planning.
• Experience with FMCG/grocery retailers is a plus; e-commerce experience is a plus.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookup) and SQL.
• Analytical mindset with ability to work with large data sets and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create daily/weekly replenishment plans on a supplier level based on inventory parameters, actual sell-out, and planned forecast.
• Participate in S&OP forecast meetings and adjust forecasts accordingly.
• Calculate a proper supply plan based on generated demand forecast.
• Prepare and update monthly/weekly supply planning files and KPI reports based on actuals.
• Maintain healthy inventory in DC and stores based on target days cover, availability targets & shrinkage targets.
• Coordinate with suppliers on delivery alignments and drive fulfillment performance.
• Monitor supplier issues and escalate to ensure availability.
• Identify slow-moving SKUs and flag to stakeholders for action.
• Identify SKUs with inventory with no movement for the past 28 days.
• Work cross-functionally to assist in projects and drive action.
