Job summary

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is hiring a Demand & Supply Planner in Lahore to build daily and weekly replenishment plans based on inventory, sell‑out, and forecasts. You will participate in S&OP meetings, adjust forecasts, and prepare KPI reports to maintain healthy stock levels in warehouses and stores, collaborating with suppliers for timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and data analysis.
• Strong analytical mind with ability to derive insights from large datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Autonomous in a high‑demand, sometimes ambiguous environment, with strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Create daily/weekly replenishment plans on a supplier level using inventory, sell‑out and forecast data.
• Participate in S&OP forecast meetings and adjust forecasts accordingly.
• Calculate supply plans based on demand forecasts and update weekly/monthly reports.
• Maintain KPI reports and target inventory levels in DC/store, monitor shrinkage.
• Coordinate with suppliers on delivery alignment and drive fulfillment performance.
• Identify slow‑moving SKUs and inventory with no movement for 28 days.
