Job summary

Mous seeks a Demand Planning Lead to own the Device Accessories category end‑to‑end—forecasting demand, coordinating launches, and ensuring inventory health across regions. You’ll drive monthly forecasts, IOQs, and launch quantities, balancing availability with E&O, and align with cross‑functional teams for timely decisions.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years’ experience in demand planning, category planning or S&OP for a fast‑moving, high‑SKU category.
• New product launch forecasting with no sales history (downside/mid/upside).
• Advanced Excel capability with large datasets (1,000+ SKUs).
• Ability to quantify trade-off between availability and E&O for senior stakeholders.
• Experience allocating and transferring stock across regions and channels.

Responsibilities

• Own NPD demand planning for the device launch calendar with IOQ and scenario-based cash exposure.
• Own initial launch allocation and weekly allocation top-ups.
• Track launch performance by range, colour and channel, informing re-order decisions.
• Own monthly forecast updates for existing SKUs and quarterly corrections.
• Own re-ordering for existing SKUs with supplier MOQs.
• Manage inventory health and pricing reviews to clear excess stock.
• Coordinate stock movements across hubs, warehouses and Amazon.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration across Commercial, Marketplaces, Pricing, Product, Retail, Logistics, Data and SLT.
• Line-manage one Demand Planner.
