Job summary

ibex in Lahore is seeking a Paid Media Marketing specialist to manage PPC campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta and other social platforms. You will plan, execute and optimize paid search strategies with a focus on conversions, both online and offline.

The role requires strong analytical skills and expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Excel/Sheets to report performance to senior management and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is required.
• Master's degree in Business is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience with a reputable firm is required.
• 1 year of experience or technical know-how of digital media platforms is preferred.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills are essential.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Excel/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Creating and planning PPC campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta and other social media platforms
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of all key features/tools of Google, Microsoft & Meta Ads
• Measuring and tracking campaign performance with a focus on conversions (online & offline)
• Effective search ads copy writing
• Identify, implement, optimize and scale marketing efforts with targeted ads
• Understand and apply Google's smart bidding strategies and use-cases
• Stay updated with paid search industry trends and new tools
• Work as PPC specialist or paid search analyst in digital marketing
• Excellent keyword research and campaign planning using Google Keyword Planner/SEMRush
• Present performance statistics to top management and clients
• Audit paid media accounts regularly
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, content, creative, analytics, product, and development teams
• Keep up with changes in advertising platforms, privacy regulations, attribution, AI advertising, automation
