ibex. Pakistan is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead digital acquisition for mobile and web, managing campaigns across SEM, social, display, and programmatic channels.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on experience, strong analytics, and a keen eye for ad visuals, with proven ability to optimize CAC and ROI.

You will collaborate with vendors, produce weekly reports, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing platforms.
• Practical knowledge of analytical tools (Google Analytics).
• Ability to generate meaningful reports (Google Data Studio is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital acquisition activities (mobile app and website) across SEM, social media, display, affiliates, and programmatic ads.
• Manage budgets to optimize CAC and achieve KPIs.
• Coordinate with vendors and trackers to meet acquisition objectives.
• Measure ROI and KPIs, report performance and insights.
• Identify trends and optimize spend across channels.
• Evaluate customer experience across touchpoints and channels.
• Conduct A/B tests to improve campaigns and creatives.
• Suggest new digital channels to grow user base.
• Manage keyword research and bid optimization.
• Monitor Quality Score, impression share and other paid marketing metrics.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
