Job summary

Navigator HR Consulting Solutions is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist (PPC) for an onsite Islamabad role. You will own paid search and Shopping campaigns end-to-end, with no direct team, reporting to a manager, and responsible for building, optimizing, and troubleshooting in real time.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Google Ads experience in ecommerce, a track record of ROAS targets, and strong data skills.

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads with Shopping/ecommerce focus.
Proven ability to run accounts solo and hit ROAS/CPA targets.
Working knowledge of Google Merchant Center and product feed management.
Comfort with GA4 and conversion tracking fundamentals.
Strong Excel/Sheets skills and comfort with data analysis.
Self-directed and resourceful; able to diagnose and fix problems independently.
Attention to detail; you catch the small stuff.
Google Ads certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Plan, build, and optimize Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns end-to-end.
Own the Google Merchant Center feed end-to-end, including disapprovals and feed optimization.
Manage bids, budgets, and pacing daily to maximize ROAS.
Run keyword research and build negative keyword lists.
Design and execute A/B tests on ad copy and campaigns.
Maintain conversion tracking (GA4) and resolve discrepancies.
Analyze performance and report spend, ROAS, CPA and growth opportunities.
Stay current on Google Ads and Shopping changes and adapt quickly.
