MPS is seeking a Customer Support professional in Lahore, Pakistan to efficiently resolve customer inquiries, including billing and payments, and take ownership of customer accounts to deliver trusted service.

You will address issues promptly, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, and join a second shift from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent command on spoken English and professionally resolve customer issues.
• Responds to inbound calls to investigate, process, and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Works with cross-functional teams to address issues per company compliance protocols and procedures.
