Qualifications

• Must have strong English (spoken and written).
• Experience in help desk or technical support role preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot software/app issues.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist clients with application-related issues.
• Troubleshoot account and application issues to identify root causes.
• Diagnose problems and run tests within the application to verify functionality.
• Submit support tickets for parts delivery requests and other necessary actions.
• Document client interactions and issue resolutions accurately.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely resolution of their concerns.
