CureMD Corporation is seeking a Customer Success - Operations Analyst to blend analytics with process optimization. You will analyze data, build dashboards, and partner with CSMs to streamline workflows and boost customer satisfaction.

This role emphasizes automation and documentation, aiming to reduce manual work and scale the CS function, with involvement in incentive design and growth planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, or Mathematics.
• 1-3 years in customer success, customer operations, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis and reporting experience.
• Familiarity with CS metrics and CRM tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Analyze customer success data to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for key metrics.
• Collaborate with CSMs to identify process optimization needs.
• Create and maintain documentation of CS processes/workflows.
• Monitor handoff from sales to CS and improve it.
• Automate tasks/workflows to boost efficiency.
• Conduct surveys to measure satisfaction and identify opportunities.
• Support planning for growth of the CS team.
• Assist compensation team with incentive program design.
