Motive is seeking a Business Strategy & Operations Analyst II to join our Sales Operations group. You will act as a strategic partner to Sales & Sales Ops leaders, scaling our operations model and enabling teams to focus on high-impact initiatives that drive growth and success.

You will analyze data, build dashboards, and manage projects, partnering with sales leadership to ensure alignment and deliver high-quality insights.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in business intelligence, sales operations, or related fields with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Salesforce is essential; SQL proficiency is mandatory; Apps Script, Hex and N8N are a plus.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: generate and analyze data to provide insights for strategic decisions and operational efficiency.
• Dashboard creation: develop and maintain dashboards and reports with critical business insights.
• Project management: assist in managing multiple projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Stakeholder engagement: collaborate with sales leaders and key stakeholders for effective communication and alignment.
• Quality assurance: ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous QA processes.
