Job summary

Home Pick Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations professional to manage daily sales activities, maintain CRM records, and monitor KPIs from a remote location. You will support the sales team with lead tracking, reporting, and email outreach campaigns across GoHighLevel and Instantly.

The role emphasizes strong organizational and analytical skills, with responsibilities spanning collaboration with marketing and finance teams as well as documentation of SOPs. CST-friendly scheduling is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales operations or similar role.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (GoHighLevel, Instantly).
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication; able to work remotely in CST time zone.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales operations and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and lead information.
• Track sales targets, KPIs, and team performance.
• Prepare sales reports and dashboards using Google Sheets or Excel.
• Monitor leads, follow-ups, and deal progress.
• Plan, execute, and monitor email campaigns for lead generation and outreach.
• Manage email campaign lists, segmentation, scheduling, and performance metrics.
• Use email outreach and automation tools to streamline campaigns and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with marketing, finance, and other teams.
• Identify process gaps and suggest ways to improve sales efficiency.
• Maintain sales documentation and SOPs.
