Job summary

Motive is seeking a Business Strategy & Operations Analyst II to join the Sales Operations team. You will drive data-driven decision making by analyzing data, generating insights, and building dashboards that illuminate performance across the sales and operations functions.

You will partner with sales leaders to align initiatives, manage multiple projects, and ensure data quality through rigorous QA processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business intelligence or sales operations with emphasis on data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Salesforce; SQL proficiency is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Economics or related field.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate and analyze data to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide critical business insights.
• Project Management: Assist in managing multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with sales leaders and key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity and accuracy through meticulous quality assurance processes.
