Job summary

CureMD is seeking a Customer Success - Operations Analyst to leverage data to optimize processes and automation, supporting the customer success function with insights, reports, and dashboards.

You will collaborate with CSMs, build scalable workflows, monitor metrics, and contribute to growth through automation. A strong analytical mindset and experience with CRM tools are essential to drive customer success globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, or Mathematics or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in customer success or operations.
• Strong analytical skills and data reporting experience.
• Familiarity with customer success metrics and processes.
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Tech-savvy with automation and optimization tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer success data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for key metrics.
• Collaborate with CSMs to optimize processes and handoffs.
• Document customer success workflows and processes.
• Automate tasks and workflows to increase efficiency.
• Conduct surveys to measure satisfaction and identify improvements.
• Support growth planning for the customer success team.
• Assist compensation teams in incentive program management.
