Job summary

Motive is seeking a Data Analyst II to join the Post Sales Organization. You will build scalable dashboards, enable data-driven decisions, and ensure leadership has visibility into key KPIs. Strong SQL, Salesforce reporting, and data visualization skills are essential.

You will partner with Customer Support, Product, Services, and Sales Engineering to translate business needs into data requirements, and develop automated reporting solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Expertise in HEX or Retool for dashboard development.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting/dashboards.
• Python or R for data manipulation and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using HEX, Retool and Salesforce native reporting tools.
• Write advanced SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets across multiple systems.
• Partner with Customer Support, Product, Services, and Sales Engineering leaders to translate business needs into clear data requirements and insights.
• Drive data consistency and accuracy across reporting platforms to ensure leadership visibility into KPIs.
• Provide deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvement areas.
• Support cross-functional initiatives by building scalable, automated reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to ensure alignment on data sources, definitions, and governance.
