Job summary

Translation Empire in Islamabad is seeking a CPD Executive to drive ongoing professional development initiatives for its workforce. You will coordinate CPD programs, monitor progress, and work with trainers to deliver targeted learning modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business Admin or related field.
• 1–3 years in professional development, training coordination, or related HR role.
• Understanding of CPD frameworks preferred.
• Strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with LMS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and delivery of CPD programs across departments.
• Maintain records of participation and progress in CPD activities.
• Work with internal and external trainers to deliver learning modules.
• Support creation and update of development pathways and learning materials.
• Monitor CPD policy compliance and professional standards.
• Gather feedback on CPD sessions and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on CPD regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Assist in integrating CPD initiatives with the learning and development strategy.
