Job summary

Translation Empire PK is seeking a driven CPD Executive to support ongoing professional learning initiatives for its workforce in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. You will coordinate CPD programs, track participation, and work with trainers to develop learning pathways.

The role emphasizes maintaining CPD standards, delivering effective programs, and aligning CPD activities with the company's broader learning strategy. Office-based, with an emphasis on organized administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in professional development or training coordination.
• Understanding of CPD frameworks and principles is preferred.
• Strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with LMS platforms.
• Certifications in CPD-related areas (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, ATD) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and delivery of CPD programs across departments.
• Maintain records of employee participation and progress in CPD activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external trainers to deliver learning modules.
• Support creation and update of professional development pathways and learning materials.
• Monitor compliance with CPD policies and professional standards.
• Gather feedback on CPD sessions and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay up to date with CPD requirements and regulatory guidance.
• Integrate CPD initiatives with the organization’s broader learning strategy.
