Job summary

Translation Empire PK in Islamabad/Rawalpindi is seeking a driven Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Executive to support the planning, delivery and management of ongoing learning initiatives for our workforce. You will coordinate CPD programs, maintain records, liaise with trainers, and help develop development pathways, ensuring compliance with CPD standards and supporting career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and delivery of CPD programs across departments

• Monitor compliance with CPD policies and professional standards

Requirements

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in professional development, training coordination, or a related HR role
• Understanding of CPD frameworks and principles is preferred
• Strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with LMS platforms

Certification (Preferred)

• Relevant certifications or CPD-related training (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, ATD) are a plus
