Job summary

Translation Empire is seeking a committed CPD Officer to plan, coordinate, and execute CPD initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on maintaining training records, developing plans, and collaborating with stakeholders to promote continuous learning.

The CPD Officer will support CPD program administration, event coordination, and compliance with professional standards, while staying current with industry practices and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in training, professional development, or a similar HR function.
• Basic knowledge of CPD frameworks and continuous learning principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with LMS tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and administration of CPD programs in alignment with organizational goals.
• Maintain accurate records of CPD participation and certifications.
• Assist in preparing CPD materials, event coordination, and communication with employees.
• Help monitor individual development plans and ensure compliance with professional standards.
• Gather and analyze feedback from CPD sessions to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Coordinate logistics for internal and external CPD activities, including seminars and workshops.
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to professional development.
