Edge is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to provide essential administrative and communication support to healthcare providers in a remote healthcare environment. You will manage patient information, coordinate care workflows, and serve as a key contact between patients, doctors, admin teams, labs, pharmacies, and other partners.

Qualifications

• MBBS degree is mandatory.
• Prior experience with U.S. healthcare providers is mandatory.
• Clear English communication skills required.
• Experience using eClinicalWorks (eCW) is required.
• Service-oriented, warm and empathetic approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate telehealth appointments and patient readiness.
• Monitor patient messages and route requests per protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient information in the EHR.
• Coordinate lab orders and results tracking.
• Manage medication-related requests and refills.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-ups.
• Handle inboxes and task queues to ensure timely completion.
• Support communication between doctors, patients, labs, pharmacies, and admin teams.
• Verify eligibility and benefits through EHR systems and payer portals.
