Edge is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator to provide administrative and communications support in a remote healthcare environment. You will manage patient information, coordinate care workflows, and serve as a liaison among patients, doctors, labs, and pharmacies.

The ideal candidate has MBBS, US healthcare experience, and clear English communication skills, with the ability to handle schedules, documentation, and HIPAA-compliant processes.

Qualifications

• MBBS degree is mandatory.
• Mandatory U.S. healthcare experience is required.
• Clear and professional English communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate telehealth-related activities and patient readiness.
• Manage patient information and documentation within the EHR.
• Coordinate lab orders, results, and medication-related requests with providers/pharmacies.
• Handle referrals: submit requests, track status, and follow up.
• Perform post-visit follow-ups and coordinate outstanding appointments and admin tasks.
• Oversee inboxes and task queues to ensure timely completion.
• Support communication between doctors, patients, labs, and admin teams.
• Verify eligibility, benefits, copays, deductibles, and approvals as needed.
• Initiate prior authorizations and gather supporting clinical information.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation throughout patient coordination.
