Edge is recruiting a Patient Care Coordinator in Lahore to support US healthcare providers in an in-office, full-time capacity. MBBS is mandatory, with prior US healthcare experience and clear English communication.

You will manage patient information in the EHR, coordinate telehealth and lab orders, handle referrals and prior authorizations, and serve as a primary contact between patients, doctors, labs, pharmacies, and admin teams.

Formación

• Mandatory U.S. healthcare experience with doctors.
• Clear and professional English communication.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare workflows.
• Willingness to work 5 days per week in-office and adapt to rotating schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate telehealth appointments, including patient readiness and documentation.
• Monitor patient messages and route requests per protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient information within the EHR.
• Coordinate lab orders, results, and documentation.
• Manage medication requests and referrals with providers and pharmacies.
• Handle prior authorizations and insurance verification processes.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation throughout coordination tasks.
